I believe in helping people train safely and effectively while achieving their goals and working to improve their overall quality of life through exercise. Fitness does not have to be intimidating, difficult or boring.  I want to help people overcome barriers by providing them with knowledge, skills and most importantly, confidence to get the workout best suited for their individual needs.

No goal is ever too big or too small, whether it is to lose weight, decrease stress, increase energy or train for a major sporting event.  I enjoy working with anyone who is committed to their goals, and is not afraid to work hard to achieve them.
